We do our best at Enloe Farms and Cattle Co. Beef. to live up to our high standard of customer service. We thoroughly inspect every package of beef and seal every box with care before shipment. If there is a rare occasion that you are not satisfied with your order please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) at email@example.com, and we will do our best to make right on the wrong. Due to our product being perishable, we are unable to accept returns.
We currently ship to physical street addresses in the United States via UPS. We print our shipping labels directly from Shopify, therefore we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
Our cuts of beef are individually frozen and packaged. We ship using dry ice in an insulated package. Items will arrive still frozen, partially thawed or still chilled. As long as your beef is still cold, it is safe to eat. If it's warm at the time of delivery, please contact us.
We currently ship orders on Monday-Wednesday (holidays excluded). Orders must be made by 10am CST on the shipping day in order to be processed and shipped that day. Orders received after that time will be rolled to our next scheduled shipping day. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot be held liable for the product after delivery time; you will receive order updates to the email used during checkout and buyer is responsible for properly receiving and refrigerating their package.
